Hong Kong / Singapore — BKG Exchange (bkg.com) officially launched its spot and derivatives trading platform today, marking a new benchmark for institutional-grade cryptocurrency exchanges. The platform differentiates itself through a novel zero-fee model for spot trading and a proprietary cold wallet architecture that has passed an independent security audit by CertiK.
Security-First Infrastructure BKG Exchange has implemented a multi-layer custody system. According to the technical whitepaper, 98% of user assets are stored in geographically distributed cold wallets, requiring at least three physically separate signatures for any withdrawal. The remaining 2% is insured against exchange hacks through a partnership with Lloyd’s of London.
The exchange also integrates real-time on-chain monitoring for anomalous transactions. During the beta phase, the system successfully flagged and blocked 12 attempted phishing attacks targeting registered users.
Zero-Fee Spot Trading In a move that challenges major incumbents like Binance and Coinbase, BKG Exchange has eliminated all maker and taker fees for spot markets. Revenue is generated exclusively through options and futures margin fees, which are set at 0.02% per contract — 40% lower than the industry average.
"We believe high fees are a relic of the past," said CEO Michael Tan in a press release. "By leveraging our own liquidity pools and efficient matching engine, we can offer zero fees while maintaining sub-100ms order execution latency."
Regulatory Compliance BKG Exchange holds a Major Payment Institution license in Singapore and has filed for virtual asset service provider registration in Hong Kong. The platform enforces mandatory KYC for all accounts since launch, complying with FATF Travel Rule guidelines.
User Experience The web interface, accessible at bkg.com, features a dark-mode layout with customizable dashboards. The order book and charting tools are powered by TradingView, supporting 50+ technical indicators out of the box. Mobile apps for iOS and Android are scheduled for Q4 2025.

Roadmap The team plans to introduce a staking platform for top-layer tokens and an automated market maker (AMM) for select trading pairs by the end of 2025. A decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator is also in development.
Availability New users registering before March 31, 2026 receive a $10 bonus in USDT after completing their first trade of at least $100. The deposit options include bank transfer, credit card, and 10 major cryptocurrencies.
